	All orders using US Direct's DVD Personal Importation Service are subject to the following terms & conditions I hereby designate US Direct as my agent to assist me in acquiring the following DVDs to import into the UK for our own personal use. I agree to pay the prices shown on the orders I place, which you have stated that you are content for me to make payment via US Direct and a fee for acting as our agent is included in this price. We allow you to deduct this fee for acquiring these goods on our behalf for our personal importation. I give permission for you to charge me for the whole order now including any pre-orders and if any prices rise or fall further to my order, this will not affect the price I have already paid. I instruct you to forward my order to your contact in North America, who I am directly purchasing these goods from, or any other supplier I choose to select and any complaints will be made to them as the supplier although you have confirmed that you will be happy to forward such complaints as part of your service as our agent. I accept that all region 1 DVDs ordered are sourced from the USA and cannot be returned due to incompatibility with my player. I acknowledge that release dates are subject to change and in the event of a change, I am prepared to substitute to a similarly priced alternative title, the same also applies if a title is discontinued or back ordered for a long period. I understand that I am unable to obtain a refund for any reason and substitution is my only option. Any faulty DVDs will be reported within 14 days of receipt & returned to you and any losses will be reported after 25 working days of the expected shipment date for a replacement to be sent of the same title. The order being placed and any future orders with US Direct is placed subject to and in agreement with these terms & conditions and those of the American vendor set out below. We verify that you are not acting as agent for any supplier. Terms and Conditions of the US supplier who are selling the DVDs to you. 1. INFORMATION The sales information is accurate to the best of our knowledge but we cannot guarantee such information nor can we guarantee release dates for forthcoming titles. 2. PAYMENT All goods require pre-payment in full at the time of order before they will be shipped to the customer. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque/cash/postal order. 3. DELIVERY Goods will be shipped as soon as stock is available in protective packaging and where there is no stock available, they will be back ordered and shipped once stock arrives. Shipping charges will be stated to the customer at the time of order. Goods will be shipped to the address given by the customer with the order. Once goods are dispatched, shipping usually takes 4-6 working days from date of dispatch but can take longer if delayed by Customs. Pre-orders for titles which are subject to a rescheduled release and titles currently unavailable due to being on back order with the distributor will be held on file until the title is available but may be substituted for another title, with our approval, if the delay is unacceptably prolonged by a number of months. Substitutions are our only option and no refunds can be given due to bank transfer charges incurred in currency conversion of your payment. 4. TITLE Until the full value of any goods supplied to the customer named on the order is paid, such goods shall remain the property of the supplier. 5. RETURNS Any faulty goods should be reported, describing the fault in detail, within 14 days of receipt, after first contacting us to explain you return and to get an authorisation. Once you receive authorisation to return the goods, please return it in protective packaging by recorded delivery. We will send a replacement copy of the same DVD, or if we are unable to do so, you will be credited in full. If the fault described is not apparent, or we believe the fault to have occurred through abuse of the product, you will be notified and no replacement or credit shall be given. Incompatibility issues cannot be dealt with unless the disc in question will not play on a pure Region 1 machine. Any product returned without authorisation will not be accepted. Unacceptable material for whatever reason will not be accepted as a reason for return.
